Four-time Grand Slam Champion and former number one player in the world, Guillermo Vilas partnered with Sugarbush Tennis Director and 2006 USPTA New England Pro of the Year, Michael Smookler, to host several clinics throughout the day, sharing his insights on how to play a holistic style of tennis - with the flow of your body to help prevent injury. Vilas used these very techniques during his playing days. Several modern day players have adapted to his techniques over the years.Vilas will share his insights through discussions, game play, and demonstrations.

Open Victories, at a Tennis Seminar on August 31st - September 2nd at the
Sugarbush Health & Racquet Club in Warren, Vermont.
Daniel Chapter One, founder of Biomolecular Nutrition?, sponsored the
retreat which featured over twelve hours of court time, including
feedback from Vilas and New England Pro of the year, Michael Smookler.
Argentinian southpaw Guillermo Vilas had a 46 match winning streak on
clay, rivalled only by Rafael Nadal.
Throughout the weekend, participants focused on
Guillermo Vilas's holistic style of playing, along with learning proper
supplementation with Daniel Chapter One?. Today many of Guillermo Vilas's
contemporaries as well as students have adopted his style and techniques.
